Officials from satellite telecommunications provider CapRock Communications today said the company appointed Douglas Tutt as director of the company’s South American operations, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Officials said Tutt has extensive experience in the Latin American marketplace, and he’s been operating out of South America for more than seven years.
