Starz Encore Group, a provider of premium movie services in the United States, deepened its marketing alliance with U.S. satellite TV service EchoStar Communications [DISH] in that the companies agreed to advertise their services jointly. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition, Starz Encore Group also is teaming up with DirecTV [DTV] for a joint marketing campaign. Eligible DirecTV customers who subscribe to Starz! during the campaign will receive a $20 Visa gift card after two months.
