Officials from Agilent Technologies [A] announced today that Orbital Sciences Corp. [ORB] has taken delivery of the Agilent N1891A digital communications measurement system to test payloads and verify microwave performance to ensure reliable, high-quality satellite communications. Agilent said the N1891A will help Orbital improve productivity by speeding up assembly, integration and testing.
