Dauphin [DNTK] signed a stock-swap agreement with EDC Hellas, a subsidiary of Belgium-based European Datcomm Holding that manufactures telematics and satellite communication products. According to the agreement, Dauphin will acquire a 51-percent interest in EDC in exchange for 7 million preferred shares of Dauphin. The transaction is expected to close within 60 days, pending required legal approvals.
