Quake Global Inc. said its dual-mode satellite modems would be available through its master distributor Teletouch Communications. The modems communicate though either a terrestrial CDMA or GSM wireless network or through Quake Global’s connection to Orbcomm’s low-earth-orbit satellite network. Quake Global is targeting the asset-tracking market for these modems.
