Helius, a Lindon, Utah-based provider of broadband IP over satellites, is teaming up with Asian based broadband services provider SpeedCast for a Strategic Alliance Program. SpeedCast’s entrance into the program is an attempt to drive IP technologies into the Asia Pacific Market, officials with both companies said.

The combination of SpeedCast’s end-to-end service with Helius products will give Asian customers access to markets such as interactive distance learning, business television, and digital signage.
