China Telecommunications Broadcast Satellite (ChinaSAT) has deployed Vyyo wireless broadband in Haikou, the capital of Hainan. Whan Research Institute, one of Vyyo’s system integrators, handled the installation.

Haikou, located in southern China, is the political, economic, cultural and transportation center of that province.
