Englewood, Colo.-based EchoStar Communications [Nasdaq: DISH] has announced that its DISH Network will offer Spanish-language TV Columbia programming packages beginning Feb. 11. TV Colombia is an alliance between RCN Television, Columbian TV programmer City TV and daily Columbian newspaper Casa Editorial El Tiempo.
