U.S.-based SeaDigital has formed an alliance with Telenor Satellite Services to market an integrated calling card solution for the maritime industry. The SeaDigital ONE Card will provide seafarers with worldwide access to satellite and terrestrial telecommunications. It is aimed specifically at the maritime market and allows seafarers to make calls while at sea or from port.

The prepaid ONE Card is available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 from SeaDigital resellers. Shore-to-ship calls can be made to all the mobile satellite providers such as Inmarsat, Iridium and Thuraya.
