Mark C. Wilmoth is moving from Thales Navigation, a California-based provider of GPS technology, where he is chief financial officer, to PennWell Corp., a Tulsa, Okla.-based business-to-business publisher and organizer of conferences and exhibitions, where he will also serve as CFO. Prior to joining Thales, Wilmoth served as treasurer and CFO at Lowrance Electronics, a Tulsa-based manufacturer of GPS and aviation instruments.
