Intelsat has extended until Jan. 27, 5 p.m. EST, the expiration date of its offer to exchange its 5.25 percent senior notes due 2008 and its 6.5 percent senior notes due 2013 for an equal amount of newly issued 5.25 percent senior notes due 2008 and 6.5 percent senior notes due 2013, respectively. The exchange offer had been scheduled to expire Jan. 22. All other terms of the exchange offer remain unchanged.
