Gilat Satellite Network [Nasdaq: GILTF], an Israel-based satellite networking company, announced that Yoav Leibovitch is stepping down as chief financial officer. He will be replaced by Tal Payne, vice president of finance, and Yaron Suher, vice president of financial planning and treasury. The changes will be implemented in the coming weeks. Leibovitch had served as Gilat’s CFO and vice president for finance and administration since joining Gilat in 1991.
