SES Americom, a Princeton, N.J.-based subsidiary of Luxembourg-based SES Global [Luxembourg: SESG], has signed a long-term agreement with Prison Television Network (PTN) to provide Ku-band capacity on AMC-4 to distribute programming to U.S. prisons. Financial terms were not disclosed. The educational programs provided by PTN enable inmates to receive their GED, learn a trade, and take college level courses.
