OPADS LLC has begun offering aggregated digital video programming transport via satellite to small- and medium-sized video franchises under the trade name SkyWayconnect.

Founding partners of OPADS are ATCi, a multi-channel video teleport services provider, and Satellite Management Services, a satellite programming services provider.

The SkyWayconnect service will aggregate video programming and bounce it off a single satellite for reception in digital format using open standard encrypted digital video broadcast technology.
