Telesat Canada, an Ottawa, Canada based-satellite communications company, has deployed IP traffic management software, supplied by Dyband on its Telesat high- speed Internet service. Financial terms were not disclosed. The software provides Telesat with control over bandwidth consumption for up to 50,000 individual satellite subscribers.
