Chelmsford, Mass.-based Triton Systems has launched a new venture, SI2 Technologies, to develop and commercialize multifunctional microelectronic devices, such as conformal antennas and distributed electronics for both the military and commercial marketplaces. Initially, SI2 will focus on military applications for its technology, such as embedded sensors with applications ranging from satellites to homeland defense.
