Red Hen Systems, a Fort Collins, Colo.-based provider of digital mapping products, has released the new VMS 300 GPS-video module designed to provide customers with greater location, faster satellite reacquisition rates, and a stronger field performance. The VMS 300 is replacing the VMS 200, the VMS 300 features a B12 GPS engine from Thales Navigation, and the B12 provides greater GPS accuracy using satellite-based augmentation systems (SBAS). Red Hen’s customers include government, transportation, utility, and civil engineering organizations.
