Channel Master, a Smithfield. N.C. based- manufacturer of satellite antennas in Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, has signed an agreement to be acquired by a large buyer whose identity was not disclosed. The company also secured debtor in possession financing to fund continuing operations. The court has approved the purchase agreement, which is expected to be finalized on Nov. 21.
