Pharos Science & Applications, a Torrance, Calif. based GPS services company, has introduced Smart Traffic for its GPS-enabled Smartphones. The web-based service will provide real-time traffic information and alerts to the handset by aggregating highway monitoring data from various state transportation departments and Pharos’ partners.
