El Segundo, Calif.-based Aerospace Corp. plans to add two new senior executives to its fold. Donald R. Walker will become senior vice president of its Systems Planning and Engineering group, while Wanda M. Austin will join as senior vice president of its Chantilly, Va.-based National Systems Group. Walker, now vice president of the National Space Systems Engineering organization, replaces Rodney C. Gibson, who is retiring effective Dec. 31. Austin, who is currently senior vice president of the engineering and technology group, will replace Jon H. Bryson, who will retire July 1, 2004. Walker officially will take his new position on Jan. 1, 2004, while Austin will assume her new duties April 1, 2004.
