Intelsat appointed Stephen Spengler as a vice president for sales for its largest customer segment–the data, carrier and Internet segment. The company also named Ashley Fernandes as a regional vice president for Asia Pacific at the unit. Before joining Intelsat, Spengler served as senior vice president of global sales, broadband access networks, at Cirronet. Fernandes comes to Intelsat from PanAmSat [Nasdaq: SPOT], where he served as vice president for Asia Pacific.
