Nissan North America’s Infiniti division will begin offering XM Satellite Radio [Nasdaq: XMSR] and Sirius Satellite Radio [Nasdaq: SIRI] equipment as a factory or dealer installed option for its entire lineup of vehicles beginning this month. The equipment was previously an option only on the FX45 crossover vehicle. In addition to a factory option, Infiniti is equipping all models with pre-wiring that will enable Infiniti retailers to install satellite radio receivers upon the request of a customer.
