Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis Links Up With Former Cofetel Head

The Washington-based telecom law firm Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis has entered into an affiliation agreement with Carlos Casasus, former chairman of Mexican telecom regulator Cofetel. Under the agreement, Casasus will provide telecom regulatory advice to the firm’s client in Mexico.
