New Orleans-based AXONN has shipped the first production units of its AXTracker mobile asset tracking device. AXTracker is a battery-operated, telemetry device designed to communicate with the Globalstar satellite constellation and provide asset tracking and fleet management. In addition to location reporting, AXTracker has four alarms that can report conditions such as door open, temperature drop/rise, moisture increase/decrease, and smoke.
