Robert W. Turner has been named director of government services at New Skies Satellites [NYSE: NSK], a Dutch satellite communications company. Turner will manage New Skies’ government-related sales and business development activities from its Washington D.C., office. He joins News Skies from Equant, where he led its U.S.-based government sales organizations.
