Juniper Group [Nasdaq: JUNI], a Great Neck, N.Y.-based last mile installation service provider for satellite, cable and DSL technologies, said it expects to secure a $1 million investment from private investors. Final terms of the financing structure will be announced upon completion. Proceeds will be used for working capital and for purchasing and equipping additional installation vehicles.
