Nexterna has released Clearview 2.0, the latest version of its service management system. Clearview provides integration of complete service management functionality with real-time wireless connectivity and GPS-based location tracking.
Clearview 2.0 features an enhanced mobile application, which runs on Windows CE-based PDAs and enables mobile field-service workers to exchange information with the office in real-time. Through its partnership with Wireless Matrix [Toronto: WRX], Nexterna provides ubiquitous wireless coverage, using both satellite and terrestrial communication networks.
