ACS [NYSE: ACS], a Dallas-based provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, has begun construction of satellite- linked technology center in Accra, Ghana.

Located near the Accra airport, the new office building will be a 40,000 square-foot facility with 1,000 workstations, full satellite telecommunications capabilities, a training center for employees, an employee library, and a cyber cafe to provide workers access to the Internet and enhanced training and development opportunities.
