MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates [TSX: MDA] announced May 5 that an unidentified customer will purchase satellite imagery from MDA’s RADARSAT International subsidiary for land use mapping and monitoring purposes. The agreement is worth C$1.3 million ($0.92 million) in the first year, with a one-year renewal option.
