The community of Coffman Cove, Alaska, has selected SkyFrames [OTC Bulletin Board: SKYU] to install and coordinate the implementation of a satellite broadband network that will provide a 2-mile broadband radius around the Coffman Cove City Center.

Located on the North end of Prince of Wales Island, Coffman Cove has a population of 240 people. The city is accessible only by air or via the Alaska Marine Highway ferry. Coffman Cove is the first of a potential 325 rural Alaskan communities that can implement SkyFrames’ satellite broadband services.
