Concentrax, a Houston-based provider of vehicle monitoring services and technologies, has launched Track-Down 2.0, a Web server application that uses wireless data from GPS tracking devices to track vehicles.

The application also allows users to view detailed reports, check account status and access Concentrax’s alert command center. The center is a software module that allows users to set preferences that will instruct the system to dial phone numbers and read customized messages or alerts whenever vehicles are not operating within defined parameters.
