FiberSat Global Services, previously known as McKibben Communications, won a contract from Hotelevision to handle satellite installation services, technical support and installation base management, company officials said.

FiberSat Global Services’ (Los Angeles) contractors will perform site surveys to ensure proper satellite antenna look angles and compatibility between Hotelevision’s (New York City) equipment and hotels’ existing television distribution equipment. After installation, FiberSat will provide Hotelevision with a 24-hour technical help desk to troubleshoot problems and provide continuing technical support and maintenance.
