FCC Commissioner Kevin Martin is scheduled to address several hundred attendees at Tuesday’s luncheon session of the “Satellite Finance and New Services Forecast 2003.” The session is being held at the Washington, D.C., Convention Center as part of Satellite 2003’s “pre-day” activities sponsored by PBI Media and The Carmel Group and held asa prelude to the Satellite 2003 three-day conference this week.
