Tandberg Television will introduce digital satellite newsgathering technology developed in cooperation with Raytheon [NYSE: RTN]and Vocality International during the National Association of Broadcasters 2003 convention in Las Vegas, April 5-10.

The new system is an integrated 2U digital flyaway, capable of bi-directional transmission of audio, video and data feed from a remote transmission site. It also provides two- way phone, data and IP communications between the satellite downlink and remote transmit site.
