Integrated Services Group (ISVG) and Global Pocket PC Solutions have signed a letter of intent under which Integrated Services will acquire Global Pocket PC Solutions for an undisclosed consideration. Global Pocket PC Solutions will expand on Integrated Services Group’s strategy to provide consumer and industrial products to its GPS tracking and navigational platforms. The acquisition is subject to the approval of both organizations’ boards of directors and government approvals and the satisfaction of other terms and conditions.
