Epicus, a subsidiary of Phoenix International Industries [OTCBB:PHXU], has signed a comprehensive joint sales and marketing agreement with Satellite Solutions, a DirecTV reseller. The agreement enables Epicus (West Palm Beach, Fla.) to co-market its Freedom Rings brand jointly with the DirecTV home satellite systems in the Atlanta and Jacksonville, Fla., residential markets.
