Inforetech Wireless Technology Inc., a supplier of Global Positioning System technology for the golf industry, announced that Satellite Golf Inc., had acquired distribution rights in Nevada and first rights of refusal in Oregon.

Under the terms of the agreement, Satellite Golf will have exclusive rights in Nevada with a projected retail sales value of $3.75 million over five years and the option to acquire rights in Oregon. Nevada has 116 golf courses and Oregon has 206.
