Eastman Kodak Co. [EK] appointed Michael Whaley as the company’s new chief operations officer and vice president, commercial and government systems. Under his new position, Whaley will have the responsibility for finance, business operations and contracts for the division.

In addition to his financial background, Whaley also brings extensive knowledge in process improvement related to multiple manufacturing sites and he has extensive government accounting experience.
