The Prague District Commercial Court has ruled that Central European Media Enterprises (CME) and its directly-owned subsidiary CNTS, along with the licence holder CET21 of the TV Nova broadcasting network, were each directly related in terms of contracts and agreements between the various parties. In a statement made by CME, the verdict means that CET21 is obliged to broadcast the programming of TV Nova exclusively.
