Jefferson Hofgard has been named director of international policy for The Boeing Co. [BA] Space and Communications Group in Washington, D.C. He will be responsible for coordinating export policy and strategies for the group’s international business. Previously, Hofgard served as assistant director for aeronautics and space for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
