Mitsubishi Electronics America Inc.’s electronic device group introduced two low-noise microwave/RF devices for use in DBS and other receivers. The two devices, MGF4919G and MGF4714CP, are, respectively, for DBS receiver front-end applications and second- and third-stage amplification in low-noise boxes.
