Navigation Technologies (NavTech) recently licensed its navigable map data base to Comdata RoTec for use in a routing and scheduling system. The NavTech products used are LoadPlanner, ServicePlanner and R.S.V.P. The products are PC-based and are placed at the dispatch center where managers use them to generate routes and schedules to improve fleet drive times, the company said.
