SES Signs Long-Term Capacity Agreement with Towercom

[Via Satellite 02-14-2014] SES has signed a long-term renewal with Slovakia-based Towercom for the use of a transponder on the Astra 3B satellite.
Towercom uses multiple transponders at this 23.5 degrees east location to deliver TV services, including HD content distribution, to the Czech and Slovakian markets. The company also provides capacity to Skylink, a satellite TV platform for Slovakia and the Czech Republic, which serves more than 2 million customers.
