Swissto12 has hired former Inmarsat executive Fredrik Gustavsson as the company’s new chief financial and strategy officer (CFSO). Gustavsson is the former chief strategy officer of Inmarsat, where he was part of the team that negotiated the sale to Viasat. 

Swissto12 manufactures radio frequency (RF) products for satellites as well as payloads and small Geostationary Orbit (GEO) satellites. The company hired Gustavsson for his experience in strategic planning, M&A, and corporate development for its next phase of growth. As CFSO, he will focus on strategic growth, financial excellence, and corporate development.

Swissto12 also recently hired former SES CEO Steve Collar as board chairman.
