NIC4 Awarded FMS Iraq Ministry of Defense VSAT Delivery Contract

Satellite communications integrator NIC4 was awarded the Iraq Ministry of Defense (MOD) Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Phase One Single Award Five-Year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. This contract was awarded via ACC-APG customer Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) as required under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case IQ-B-ADP.

NIC4 aims to provide knowledge-based support services for requirements with VSAT related needs, including satellite-bandwidth services for fixed and mobile users, Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) backup VSAT hub services, internet access over the VSAT network, satellite transition services and equipment, public Internet protocol (IP) addresses, and annual maintenance and sustainment support.
