Although the relationship between North Korea and South Korea has seen relative improvements in recent months, a new satellite launch could ruin upcoming talks between the country and the U.S. A Sejong Institute analyst predicts North Korea may launch a new satellite to celebrate its 70th anniversary this September — potentially triggering another round of sanctions from the U.S. and exploding any potential negotiations between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
