iDirect Government Launches Evolution 3.4.1 Software

[Via Satellite 05-23-2016] iDirect Government has released its Evolution 3.4.1 software, which powers the company’s 9-Series portfolio of remotes and defense line cards. Evolution 3.4.1 boosts the security, performance and efficiency of iDirect’s 9-Series product line in support of the company’s defense and government customers. The software supports the 950mp, 900 and 9350 remotes as well as the DLC-T and DLC-R defense line cards from a single platform.

With iDirect’s Evolution 3.4.1 platform, the entire 9-Series line of remotes is capable of nearly double the in-route Msps of its predecessor with almost 10 times the packets per second capability, according to the company. The Evolution platform is Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) Level 3 certifiable. The 9-Series remotes and DLC line cards support dual-domain transmission security.
