[Satellite TODAY 12-03-09] Franson Technology, a privately held GPS software company, has released GpsGate VehicleTracker 2.3, a upgraded version of its Web-based GPS tracking application for transportation companies and tracking solution providers, the company announced Dec. 2.
The upgraded version adds a redesigned user interface, configurable system alerts and SMS notifications, which aim to improve operator efficiency for managers working in the field.
The platform is available in several different languages and can be connected to mobile media devices, such as laptops and cell phones.
