TS2 Introduces iDirect Product Line Offering to Government Sector
[Satellite TODAY 08-06-09] TS2 Satellite Technologies introduced new satellite link products aimed at companies that execute government and military contracts in the Near East and Asia, as well as by the soldiers that are stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan, the company announced Aug. 5.
The company is investing in modems and technology from iDirect based on its Infiniti network. The new TS2 offer includes broadband Internet access and corporate networks, based on satellites, enabling bidirectional data transfer within the network and simultaneous Internet access.
“Purchased bands give us unlimited possibilities of configuration and setting any telecommunication connections from the Near East region and South-Western Asia. We can
now build networks of any size on such satellites as Intelsat 10-02, Intelsat 901, ABS-1, ArabSat Badr-4 and NSS-6,” said Marcin Frackiewicz, president of TS2, in a statement.
