The launch of the Corot satellite has been postponed due to a leak in the fuel circuit of the Soyuz rocket’s Fregat upper stage, the European Space Agency announced. The mission, which will take place from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, has been posted from Dec. 21 to Dec. 27. Corot will be placed into a polar orbit, where the spacecraft will search for exoplanets and probe the interior of stars.
